Nola’s Celebration of Life could not have been better—all of you did such a good job of putting together this moment for family and friends. I’ll never forget how the room was decorated—the tables—all with Nola all over them—it was just so AWESOME to be surrounded by Nola’s favorite color and her fun and crazy toys!!! I enjoyed looking at all the centerpieces, picking them up and getting some chuckles from them! The service was really well put together—the Priest did a good job sharing and talking about Nola and the reading were perfect for Nola. I was blessed to have Nola in my life—my friend—my co-worker—always devoted, loving, kind, and always made me feel so darn special whenever we were together. Her smile that always lights up the room, her stories—would make me at times roll over with laughter, so amusing—she had a Gift. Nola had many Gifts!!! I regret not getting together more often with Nola. We worked 8 years together from 1989-1997. Then I moved to the Vet School. We would still see each other at the gatherings and lunch here and there—but life has a way of getting in the way sometimes—but, I’m just thankful I did have 22 years of true friendship with one of the BEST PEOPLE ON EARTH Nola is missed by me. Nola is missed by tons and tons of people who just loved her so such. How blessed the Haggerty family is to have Nola.
