Dear Friend Nola, How many years have we been friends? 1961-2012—that’s 50 years pus. And in that time we have grown from wide-eyed girls to grandmothers. And all the while you (and David) have been constants in my life. Your recent journey with cancer has been a testimony to love, life, faithfulness and humor. You’ve done it all with joy and élan. I love you and will miss you always!
